Staunton State Park - August 2022

 Arn and I have been wanting to check out this newer state park which opened in 2013.  It's in a beautiful area and we wanted to try the waterfall hike which was previously about 12 miles but with a new parking lot it dropped to 8 miles or so.  It was a great hike but we started too late and got caught in a storm (I'm afraid of lightning) and we weren't prepared for rain.  Live and Learn I guess.

Zoppe Circus with the Carr family August 22

 We love love this little Italian circus and try to go almost every year.  This year was a first for Eric, Delilah, and Tucker.  They were thrilled.  It's low key and affordable and very entertaining. It's a family run circus and it comes through Denver/Winter Park every summer.
