We did ski 19 days for the 2019/2020 season................were hoping to get in about 10 more and make a visit to Snowmass but the pandemic sure changed out plans.

Our Camino Plans................March 2020

We have been talking about walking the Camino after talking with our eye dr. and watching The Way with Martin Sheen and booked our airline tix from Denver to Newark to Porto, Portugal in January.  We are planning on walking from Porto to Santiago, Spain over 21 days and spend a few days on the end of the trip in Porto.  Sooooooooooo we have to start walking......to get in shape.  We will be skiing, hiking, walking...........to get ready...................Update..........Corona Virus Pandemic hits, last ski day mid March.........ski resorts shut down along with everything else............all plans on hold and may not happen til 2021..........Stay at home orders in place, social distancing, not able to see family and friends..........Zoom happy hours are popular, SGN news.....filmed at John Krazinski's house.......walking the neighborhood and still able to hike but lots of areas are crowded due to people not being able to got to work or school.

Cross Country Ski Season 2020

The local nordic ski season wasn't great this year and we were only able to go a few times.  These pics are in a nearby neighborhood before the street was plowed.  We didn't get a great snowfall to keep the golf course open and we never made it to any other areas.  We did make our own track on our lot and on a couple of neighboring lots and would make 4 or 5 laps each time.

Family Christmas 2019

Christmas was wonderful this past year.  We had some excitement just as everyone arrived on Christmas eve........I fell, hit my head on the corner of a small chest and had to head to the emergency room for 10 staples.......no pain, no headache, no change in LOC...........the rest of that evening was lots of fun and the next day too.........it took Lilah all day to open her gifts.  She and I opened one together in the afternoon and we all found out that Valerie and Eric are expecting again in July!

Christmas Bingo Family Night with Gma

We've had an annual Christmas Carol Party for the past several years that has worked out very well.  We invite friends and have lots of food and fun.  Arn practices and prints out carols for everyone.  It's been a success and gets everyone into the holiday spirit and makes us get the house decorated and ready for the season.
