We were so happy to get a short visit with these guys.  After skiing at Copper for a few hours we headed to Breckinridge and spent the evening with the Cerimeles.  Arn and I didn't  ski the next day but were able to watch Samantha ski in her lessons and then meet everybody else for lunch before we headed home. 
Ski day total for us=15 days
Now we're trying to figure out what we are going to do for next year.

Another Ski Getaway

We got a last minute reservation at the Vasquez Creek Inn and went to WP and skied for 3 great days.  We will definitely return to this place.............cute rooms, breakfast credit at the little place downstairs, and an Italian restaurant downstairs that was very good.  The price was great and the ski bus shuttle was almost right outside the door.  We're at 15 ski days now for this season.

Dougan Ski Trip

Mike, Joy, and Kelly came to Colorado to ski at Winter Park with us  this year.  We stayed at the Lakota Condos and skiied for 3 days.  They came into town a couple of days early and were able to see all of  the kids.  It was so much fun reconnecting with everyone. 

Bundt Butt Chicken

I found a new use for my bundt cake pan and it worked out great!  Potatoes, carrots, onions, spices in the bottom of a greased bundt pan.  Cover the hole with foil and sit the chicken on the center of the pan.  425 degrees for about 55 minutes of so.  After that the carcass went into the crockpot along with more spices overnight to make some tasty chicken stock.

Happy Valentines Day 2018

This year was a quiet year for Valentines Day.  We went skiing in Copper the day before and spent the day doing a few errands and eating left overs on the 14th.  I have a thing for heart rocks and am always on the look out for them.  Hoping your day was 'love' ly!
