We spent a few days in Crested Butte last week with Ron and Merry. This was the only wildlife we saw while there. We walked along the trail close to town (used as the cross country trail in the winter) and went on the Rustler's Gulch Hike. Unfortunatly the wildflowers were gone and the leaves hadn't changed yet but it was still beautiful. We found Lost Lake while driving for awhile over Kebler Pass. We'll be going back in a week or so and maybe there will be more color.
